John Few
John Few is retired after 30 years of service with Southern Bell. We are very fortunate that John chose to turn his talents toward the Civitan Rehabilitation Workshop after retirement. John and his wife Celia devote much of their time to managing and organizing the Workshop. Through their dedication, many people who might be considered 'unemployable' by others are able to find a sense of purpose and fulfillment in their labor at the Workshop. John was awarded the Club Honor Key in 1989, and was named Civitan of the Year in 1994. He served as our club president from 1987-88. John and Celia reside in Greer and are the parents of three grown children/ Paula Donnelly, Doug Few, and David Few. When John is not working through his retirement, he enjoys fishing, gardening, and visiting grandchildren. John is a tireless proponent of our Club and we are blessed by his dedication and hard work.
