PROGRAM NOTES FROM – January 21

 

Wallace Boyd was our Speaker.  Wallace is a volunteer with a program that assists mobility-impaired hunters.  This program is coordinated by the Department of Natural Resources and many volunteers.  Funding for this program is made possible from donations to the Harry Hampton Fund.  Presently, the weekends are used for hunting, but Wallace is working to expand the opportunities to include enjoying Nature Trails and Birding.

Anyone interested in helping charter the Campus Civitan Club can come to an organizational meeting February 17 at 6:15 pm.  Mary Beth will discuss plans and assign minor tasks.  The meeting will be held in the Campus Life Building.  The Wofford Men’s Basketball Team will be playing at 7 pm against the College of Charleston and everyone is invited to stay.  Please RSVP with Mary Beth at 597-4843 or marybeth@pclnet.net.
