Rob Greene, Executive Scout Director, of the Boy Scouts of America – Palmetto Council was our speaker. Rob is from Florida and began his position in Spartanburg on September 1, 2004. Since beginning his job, he has cut the budget by 60%. Currently he oversees programs for 4,800 boys in six counties. The Boy Scouts program is growing by leaps and bounds with 1,032 joining last Fall.
